Growing Your Business

As Jay Abraham would say — there are really only three ways to grow your business:
1. Get more clients
2. Sell to your existing clients more
3. Increase what your existing clients buy from you (price and/or quantity)

All are viable ways to increasing your revenue and hopefully your profits. If you can figure out how to do all three, then you will take quantum leaps in your business.

Easier said than done. Yes! And...doing all three are really not necessary to experience dramatic and significant growth in sales and profits.

Your business is a pattern in time. Its development is not unlike our own. We all start life as a single-celled organism. But, by the end of our development cycle, we are somehow made up of some two hundred variations of cells — all intricately connected to one another, and all performing the most amazing tasks.

While our cells figure out what to do by observing signals from the cells around them, your business figures out what to do by observing signals from your clients and the market. They key to survival and growth is to keep observing the signals. Once you stop, death is certain (sorry for being so strong here).

We’re terribly fortunate to have the best clients in the universe. Right here, in our little corner of the world, are some of the most successful, talented entrepreneurs on the planet. They have been generous enough to share their business expertise with us and now with you. Please take a peek — we’re adding more and more as we immerse ourselves in the wide and fascinating world of video.

This section also contains ideas on adding to your existing marketing mix — thus giving you an opportunity to exponentially grow your business. These multiple streams will give you a great place to start and by brain storming with your team, you’ll begin to think (and hopefully implement) of more and more of these. We love to post these types of ideas on our blog so you may wan to check that out too.

And we cannot leave out the most important part of growing your business — keeping your clients. We’ve asked the question a few time on this site now but it has such an impact... “what would your business look like if you were able to retain the majority of your clients?” But, there are many companies out there that don’t have a recurring part of their business so getting new clients is super important. Lots of great ideas to share with you here.
